"Excellent and Responsive" Stranded in Rochester with a broken starter on a 2018 X3 with less than 5k miles on it. Park Place was incredible in finding the part and getting in in and me on the road quickly.

"Used car purchase follow up " When I purchased our new used car from Park Place their were a few minor things they needed to do, such as program a second key. That's what this visit was for, it was all taken care of in a timely matter and everyone I worked with was very accommodating as far as getting a loaner car and letting us know when it would be completed. Thank you!
"Great" Aaron was great help with the purchase of our Atlas. He made the process easy and fun. It was a great experience overal and I would recommend Park Place.
"Service with a Smile" Great job communicating to me and keeping me up to date on what is going on. Staff were friendly and car was clean when I arrived to pick it up. I feel that these guys are all honest and do not take advantage of the customer. They provide suggestions and do not coerce you to but things that are not necessary. Great job!
