"Excellent service" Service was excellent all round from when I dropped off the car to the courtesy ride home and back to when I picked up the car.
"Great referral lived up to expectations!" Friendly, honest, no pressure staff. Just there to help find you the right car for you. Even willing to work around my schedule. They are a great team!
"Satisfaction" Our experience in buying a car was a good one. Stephen Hlavka was our salesman and guided us and answered all our questions. We have no complaints at all.
"Josh Kern Rocks!" Came in fpr an oil change at 7am pn 3/7/29. Josh was covering for several service advisor's. His attitude was welcoming and helpful. He explqined everything well.
"Amazing Service!" I purchased my VW Beetle in the cities at another dealership and it was the worst customer service ever. A few months later I had to have some service done and decided I wanted to try my local dealership in Rochester and what a difference, I just couldn't believe the level of professionalism, (even though I was a bit testy initially) LOL I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend Luther Park Place to anyone. "Routine service" Routine service took 90 mins as I was advised, I remained in the pleasant waiting area, Good coffee and snacks! Jeff notified me when service was done.
"Service" Service was quick and thorough. Received explanation about what service would be needed next. Shuttle service was very efficient. We have been very pleased with Park Place.
"Great sevice" I was very happy with the service. Joshua goes above and beyond. I will be a returning customer. Over all everything very good and very happy.
