"Great " It was good once somebody finally called me back . My time is important to I expect to have my call returned the same day not two days later
"Quick service" Had an unscheduled service and service rep. Joshua got me in the same day. Called me with diagnosis and I agreed to the repair. He called again once repair was complete all within the same day. Picked up car that afternoon and it was washed and clean. Overall great service.
"New car, simple fix" Bought a new Bmw which had a loose cable. Didn’t know it was lose. Tailgate alert kept showing up and back up camera didn’t work. Park drove to Prescott, brought a loaner, took my car and fixed the loose cable.
"Great checkin but disappointed at pickup" Usually car is cleaned at these expensive 10000 mile checks. Was not. Disappointing. The price for a 10000 mile required check is not inexpensive so this added cleaning was a nice touch. Sad to see it gone now.
"Great service" They have great service at Park Place. They are ready for my vehicle when I arrive and always willing to take me where I need to go on the shuttle. Very convenient.
"Recall repair " Park Place was very accommodating with my scheduling needs. I had to reschedule once because of the weather. They were efficient in completing the work. What impresses the most is how friendly and informative they were at each step.
"Love my Tiguan! Love Luther Park Place Motors!" Samir in Sales went above and beyond by greeting me in the parking lot during a snow storm! He spent a lot of time researching the inventory and then suggested a great match that I love! I just drove through the lot by chance and had never even heard of a VW Tiguan! I was considering either getting the same make as my previous vehicle or one other make. "Kevin was awesome" Kevin was amazingly helpful. He listened to what issues I was having, was up-front about what the costs would be, and gave it to me straight about how long the repair could take. Would definitely recommend Kevin to any other BMW owner.
"Oil change " Wonderful , top notch service . Josh is always quick with scheduling and work to be done . He communicates well and I feel my Audi is well taken care of
