"Excellent Service" The team at Luther were incredibly helpful in diagnosing and fixing my car. The level of service exceeded my expectations and they treated me with first class care. I will be sure to use their services again as Kevin was honest and forthright with my questions and concerns. He is an excellent resource and always friendly and knoledgeable.
"Oil change/ tire rotation " Always a good experience in the service department. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and explains what the plan and time it will take. Always has a car ready for me if needed.
"Great Experience " This was probably the best auto purchasing experience I have had. My sales representative, Tim, was knowledgeable and patient. He helped make the purchase easy and we love the vehicle. The paperwork was done very competently by Tim, without pressure and with all the information I needed.

"Ultimate Recovery " The only reason I’m not supplying a 5star rating is because of the initial dilemma I experienced. However, Jeff in service and parts came through with the most professional, considerate and intelligent resolution! This guy has the customer service component down! He should be an instructor or trainer. I was fuming, but he was calm and listened to my challenges. The manager was not available but Jeff came through on the clutch! "Oxygen sensor" Schedule,replaced O2 faulty sensor.Living an hour away,scheduling service to coincide with other trips to town becomes important.Kevin works with me to fit my calendar and get the work done promptly.
