"Amazing " First of all, they offer a rental car which makes time go by faster because you can go anywhere in the city to kill time. Second, they way they talk to you and explain and make you feel like home with snacks and checking up on you if you need anything. Third, the service they provide is amazing because they are so professional at what they do.
"Love the shuttle service!" The shuttle driver was nice enough to get me to my workplace even though he officially didn’t start his day for another 15 minutes. Because of him I was able to get my Tiguan dropped off AND get to work on time. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks! The only awkward moment was waiting to pick up my vehicle. "recalls" Had 3 recalls fixed. Only issue was I reserved a loaner vehicle and they didn’t have one. They then rented me a hertz rental for the 6 hours it took to do the repairs so they did everything they could do to make up for it. Unfortunately it did cost me for the rental insurances in the amount of $21.99. Very Ivey road conditions or I wouldn’t have opted for the additional insurance. I was aware it was going to take most of the day
"Fantastic " Friendly, helpful, excellent. Seemed like everyone was going above and beyond, Staff were patient and willing to spend time and work with me to find the best fit.
"Recall of stearing system" Service recall on stearing system. I was given a BMW series car as a loaner as the service too over 1 day and I live 90 miles away. Great service overall.
" Well handled at my oil change " Got a reminder text, was handled professionally, repair was done on time, and Bilo is lower than estimate. So I waited and paid in person, I thought the text showing my repairs were done and to pay were great convenience
"VW Service" Shuttle service makes servicing my vehicle convenient! I had a leak in my tire that couldn’t be found so they resealed it and replaced the stem for no charge.
"In dirty out clean " My service was scheduled promptly and conveniently by Josh. The work was done early. I was given a safe ride home and back to Park Place in spite of the very snowy weather and my wife was very pleased that the car was cleaned inside and out.
"Excellent Service" Service was easy to schedule. The work was fast and complete. The staff was friendly and did as promised. I’ll be back. Nice customer waiting area.
