"Service" Excellent service , very courteous staff.Kevin is very professional. Knows his stuff very well.Dealership was very neat and clean. Courtesy shuttle service was very good too.
"Recall notice" Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. No complaints. Josh is always very accommodating as far as setting up an appointment, the shuttle people are always very pleasant, and the people behind the counter at check out are always friendly.
"Responsive Service" No issues with buying experience on getting a new Genesis. Still have some teething issues with the new brand and learning about it. But service and responsiveness of staff is great.

"Superb!" Service is always exemplary. They are willing to work around my schedule, courtesy shuttle is always on time with friendly drivers, transparency of added cost and findings prior to work being done, and helpful.
"Awesome" Kevin did a great job and was very helpful. He even offered to assist me over the phone when needed, and always has a quick response time.

The entire group of salespeople were genuinely kind, efficient, informed, and accommodating as they could be. "Efficient" Thank you for being prompt and efficient. Kevin is aware that the customers time is important to them. This is not the way at some much larger dealerships where I been disappointed in the past.
"New car" Ashwin searched and found the car we wanted. Delivered as promised, especially in the very cold weather this week. My son will be looking soon and I will refer him. Nice job!
