"Great work by BMW TEAM " Kevin always does a great job of making sure you are well taken care of and never gives a run around he’s straight to the point. That’s what I love!!! He is always friendly and respectful as well. Always nice to see and talk to Sam as well. He is the one that sold me my car.
"Long distance help" I got off a 9hr red eye flight with two kids, one of whom had food poisoning and vomiting when my car developed a flat tire. I was 90 minute drive from home and the snow was coming down. At a loss, I called Joshua for advice and he was great. He was thoughtful and respectful and helped me make the decisions I needed to get home safely. THANK YOU!!!!
"Got a great vehicle at a reasonable price. " We really love our new used Hyundai Tucson. Paul Bixby treated us very well. This is my 5th Hyundai from this dealership and I do recommend it. I traded in 2 older Hyundai vehicles for this newer one. My only issue is that management refused to give me the ‘good condition’ trade in values per Kelly Blue Book. They seemed to value profits more than fairness and appreciation of loyal customers. Next time I will sell my trade-in myself to get a fair price.

"Great VW service" Brought the car in and did not know if it was under warranty or not. Honest MAC help take care of the problem and advised it was under warranty. Trust worthy, team at parkplace.

"Great customer service" Tim and James went above and beyond when a BMW factory recall resulted in my new car suddenly being unavailable. They not only spent a ton of extra time to find me a new one but took on the payments for my old lease until I could get a new one. Great service!
