"High Quality Dealership" We have bought/leased several BMW cars over a period of years from this dealership. They are a quality operation and take the time to insure customer satisfaction. One of the best parts of the dealership is the amount of time that they spend insuring that you are familiar with the newest features of your new car. Highly recommend this dealership!
"Outstanding Service Center staff" The service center staff Kevin Posse very professional and personable. After I left and noticed the brake lamp function light still came on after they replaced the socket. I returned to Park Place (Kevin was at lunch) and Ken made sure before I left everything was in order all they needed to do was replace the bulb! Also your shuttle driver Dawn is very prompt and courteous. Thank you Trisha for my paperwork always ready and in order!
"Efficient set " Routine service performed well. I resent being required to submit a written review of required length however. This part of the review angers me and should not be required.
"Exceptional experience " The folks at Park Place Auto are exceptional in everything they do! I appreciated the attention to detail and everything their team did to make the experience fun!
"Fast and Friendly " The service was fast which is important during the hectic holiday season. But more important on my list is that the staff is always so very friendly. What a pleasant experience. Happy Holidays!
"Work was done" I was pleasantly surprised to find the front of my car vacuumed and the front floor mats cleaned in addition to the inspection/work as planned. above and beyond my expectations!
"Above and Beyond Service " I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service and was offered the option of having a recall taken care of as well. I was provided a vehicle to drive so that I could leave my Q5 for the day. My vehicle was done before promised. I appreciated getting the recall taken care of before I was even aware it was an issue.
"Quick in and out" I waited rather than shuttling, had the day off. For the shuttle riders, seemed like they had 3 drivers working. Pleasant waiting room to pass the time. Guys worked fast, this has not always been the case.
"Employees I dealt with" Kevin...check out person and shuttle drivers are very professional ect....the process was thoroughly explained to me...the work was preformed very promply...great service
