"Excellent Service but longer lead times " Once you’re there the staff, sales, and techs are excellent. Only down side is typically needed to book something like an oil change so far in advance. My last appointment I had to book 3 weeks out.
"Excellent care " Enjoyed working with Kevin and van transport. Problems were addressed thoroughly and completely. No issues were left unresolved. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much
"Top notch service " I brought my vehicle in for service, dropped it off right away. Grabbed a shuttle van ride to work. Josh called me when it was done with a couple items that needed repair. He got the parts ordered immediately and we scheduled the follow up visit the next day.
"Oil change" Park Place is easy to work with and very accommodating. My car was washed and the floor mats had been cleaned when I retrieved it in the afternoon.
"Scheduled service." Excellent service—quality people! Work was scheduled on date requested. Work was finished in a timely manner. You don’t need 25 words for this task!!
"For a recall" Great service and friendly professionals. My car was picked at home and later brought back, all with a smile. I had an accident and was not able to bring the car.
"Much more than I expected " I was very pleased with Kevin and how I was treated, knowing that I was on a tight schedule he obviously did the best he could to make my service a very pleasant experience. He was very professional and courteous, nice to see!!
"Great Experience! " I was very pleased with Park Place Motors! Kevin was extremely efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. They even washed and vacuumed it which was an incredibly nice surprise! I will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Park Place Motors.
"Had new tires put on" Josh from the service department at Park Place Motors put new tires on my Audi. He also had them aligned. I would recommend their service department to anyone.
