"Excellent professional services" Very informative, friendly, and great customer service. Best dealership I have been at. Staff, technicians and salesman were all very knowledgeable, courteous and took great concern in making sure I was safe and satisfied customer. Place was clean and professional. Everyone talked to you not AT you. I was very impressed with this dealership. Even offered to take me somewhere to wait, but I was happy right at the dealership. The cappuccino, hot chocolate and snacks were great too.

"Customer Service Feedback" Timely, Professional, Helpful, Polite The service provided has been timely and absolutely on schedule. The Courtesy Shuttle dropped me off exactly where I wanted and also picked me up precisely on time. Joshua has been very polite and had excellent recommendations. "New tires" I worked with Josh to get new tires and schedule a time to put them on. They did a great job handling it. I would definitely recommend them.
"Great service" Brought in my car to be serviced and they found a few issues during inspection. Service guy was helpful and attentive without being pushy in communicating the problems. Overall I felt the customer service was very good.
"In and out ! " Went in knowing what I wanted ! First vehicle was to small aka X1 , decided to go up to the X3 and that was the one. xxxx the M40i was so xxxx sexy to so , why not . They didn’t try to push towards anything I did not want , they respected my wishes and truly helped me buy the vehicle that I wanted . No games , would recommend . "Great deal on 2018 Hyundai Sonata" Negotiated a deal over the phone. I have been out of town and needed a new car. Was a bit nervous as it would have been easy for them to switch the deal up on me but the deal and car were exactly as described. Very happy with them. This is my second purchase from this location but the first one when it was still Zimmerman. Would recommend to friends and family.
