Just purchased a new X3. Everyone was very helpful getting us through it. Features were thoroughly explained. Car was beautifully detailed for delivery. Had test drive to be sure everything was working properly.

I recently purchased a car from Park Place, and my overall experience was good. Demetrius was great, and I am quite happy with my car. He was not overly pushy, and gave me the details of my purchase clearly. Park Place can be quite an arrogant place when you are not there for an Audi or BMW.... I was just getting a VW. The process was not speedy, and I had to be stern to receive what was agreed to. Overall... it was a good experience... thank you.

Our salesman was impeccable when it comes to meeting the customer's needs. Very approachable without feeling pressured.
