Easy no pressure dealings on a new car. Helped with financial services and got real good interest rates. The test drive was good and Joey went over every option in the car.

We worked with Almin Alisa and he was very straightforward and helpful. We were there for a while and have two little boys who were entertained by the staff there. Demetrius was helpful and up front on everything! Customer service is excellent and we felt like we weren’t in the typical car dealership. No pressure sales and very professional service! I would definitely buy again from this dealer even if it meant the four hour drive again!

Almin was great to work with. He put no pressure on me at all. Thoughtfully explained to me the updates on the VW and the basics. I walked away feeling happy, not wondering why I was so pressured, because of the way he treated us. Great price, it was spotless, new tires, all the things I told him I was concerned about especially safety issues. I felt safe in the car and that was paramount. Great experience.

Everything went well during the recent purchase of our AUDI Q5. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Have mainly dealt with James Taylor in the past but this time with him and Almin. Purchase went smooth as always.

Austin was amazing. But the price game away from me was rediculous. I was in finance. When I found out what was going on. I know I make my decisions but it was shady with the pricing.
I have purchased and leased a number of vehicles from McGrath and it's predecessor Zimmerman and have always found the experience to be excellent and the people completely professional.
Michael is very upbeat and friendly with everyone...very much on the move! Helped a lot in finding I vehicle I would be interested in and it worked. Questions were answered quickly in detail!
