I have been buying and servicing my cars from and at Park Place Motor Cars in Rochester, MN now for about 18 years and my experience has always been positive. I went in knowing what vehicle I wanted and was helped in getting that vehicle. Demetrius was with me through all the steps of purchasing a new car. He was kind and courteous through the whole process. Everyone at Luther Park Place Motor Cars were great and I wouldn't hesitate for a moment in buying another car from there. I was satisfied with my experience. My SD card was not in my vehicle at time of purchase. I was told it would arrive in three to five days. I had to stop by the dealership on my own nearly three weeks later to discover that the SD card was in. Other than that my experience was good.
