We were greeted immediately and introduced to our sales representative. We have dealt with Paul several times before and have always been treated in a friendly, informal manner. He had a good opinion of our needs and showed us two models including test drives on both. He went over the details of both vehicles and did not try to influence us one way or the other. Our meetings with him were very pleasant experiences.

After purchasing a used VW from Luther, I sensed a mild vibration. The folks at Luther replaced my tires, aligned the vehicle, and replaced a suspect wheel bearing. And they were prompt and pleasant about it! I have been frustrated by other area dealers in the past, but Luther never gave me a chance. Two thumbs up!

Dealer Sam Fierro was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. He did not try to push me into looking at vehicles that I wasn't interested in. He wasn't a pushy salesman but let me know what options were available for the car that I chose.

I test drove cars all day at other dealerships before I ventured over to Luther and worked with Frank. He didn't put any pressure on me, and was not the stereotypical "car salesman". He was genuine, knowledgeable, and helped me get the best deal on my car. Rob was also a pleasure to work with. I was particularly anxious about the entire process, but both helped me feel more calm and like I was making a sound and safe decision. I strongly recommend buying/leasing your next car from Luther.

Was an out of town traveler with an unexpected tire problem for a hard to find tire for my BMW. Mark in the parts department quickly handled the issue and was able to locate a tire in a timely manner as to not interrupt my travels. AJ in the service department got my vehicle in right away and both kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would definitely return to Park Place BMW in the future and recommend to others.
