My wife and I had identified a nice used car in advance, then we set up a convenient time to meet with Giovanni. We arrived early, and while looking over the car, another gentleman approached and offered that he had taken this car in trade from an older fellow, who purchased a new BMW from him. I stopped in last week on a rainy Saturday morning and Demetrius came running over to the car immediately with an umbrella to introduce himself. We started walking through their lot and talked about my needs - and wants - and it was clear to me Demetrius wanted to help me look at all of my options.
