Made the Deal completely over the phone. Showed up in the car was exactly like I was promised. Beat the previous best price by over $30 a month. Will definitely be looking these guys up again when I need another car.

The sales staff are always polite and are willing to go the extra mile to help you find the right vehicle. There is no pressure to sell you the first car you see. They will even search all the other Luther dealerships to find exactly what you are looking for.

As a female geriatric member of the population I'm used to over zealous salesmen ignoring me while they try to sell my husband a car meant for me. I am a new resident of Rochester and having moved from the East Coast I was highly concerned about not having a vehicle and being able to get back-and-forth from work especially come wintertime.
