Failed to follow through on inquiry The same vehicle was showing simultaneously on two different Murray locations' inventories. I sent an inquiry to find out where the car actually was so I could set up a test drive. They did call the next day, acknowledged the problem, promised to call back quickly with the real location....and I never heard from them again....
No title for the car they "sold" me In May, 4 months ago, I bought a certified Z4 from Murray. I still do not have title to the car - I have had to ask them several times where it is (they never reached out to me) and keep getting the line, "we've applied for a duplicate from the state." Advice from the dealership was to "keep driving on the expired temporary permit." (What??!!) Now my patience for the title and tolerance for driving around illegally is gone. Worst experience I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We agreed on a deal and then when we went to finance theybrealized they made a mistake and instead of admitting their mistake and trying to make it right they just said sorry and let me walk out if the dealership. Not even a phone call to apologize or an attempt to repair the damage.

Service is lacking credibility I wrote a review the other day, but any poor review does not make it onto these pages. I took my BMW in for the first "free oil change", told to me when I bought the car. They re-negged on the free first, saying NO OTHER car dealer does that. They charged me $335 for the oil change, system check and cabin filter. Problems: The check cabin filter light and check engine light was on when I went in.
