Nightmare I visited this store on Saturday 10/10/15, this was my second visit to the store for the same car 2012 5-Series Sport package, Alpine white, black leather interior. Beautiful car, I was so excited to leave that day with this car. Our salesman Arsen was very accommodating, professional and courteous. Terrible The sales person was nice enough however the manager was extremely rude. He did not look or speak the way I would expect someone to if I am looking to spend almost 100,000 on a car. The my way or high way attitude was very distasteful and I will not be back.

Quality Car and Great Salesman The car I bought was in amazing shape, my Sales Person Teddy Santoso was excellent - the financing department was way to slow and hard to deal with, I also had a very unsatisfying experience with the online initial contact as I was told the car had a warranty and did not and when I showed my proof of the e-mail they blew it off and did not honor any warranty at all, it took over 4 hours and should have taken 2 - this dealer was much better back in the day with the old owners. Horrible Service We had problems with the radio in the car we purchased from Murray Motors and took it in for service. The service writer said the radio was broken, but was likely out of warranty. She said she would check with BMW and follow up with us. 2 weeks went by and no follow up. We went in again and brought up the issue. Again, service said they would get with BMW and get back with us. I wanted a car not drama Pros: they had the car I wanted. the sales person was competent. Cons: took like forever to go through their non negotiable process. finance was too interested on padding their profits then taking good care of customers. I was pressured and hounded and all I wanted to do was buy the darn used car. Please!

Unprofessional and it took forever I went with a friend to help her with buying a BMW. The only reason we were here was it was close. I'm not sure if the prices were the best but the showroom was full of sales guys acting unprofessional. We knew the car we came for so picking it out was almost as easy as expected, except for the fact they dont negotiate, not even a penny. Then the wait before and during finance was just murder. Did not disclose condition of car, wasted my time Emailed about this car. Nothing in the description about totally thrashed back seat and hail damage!! So I rive across town, look at if for 2 min and walk away. What a total waste of my time. They need to provide accurate and detailed information about the cars they present for sale. Disappointing.

Really Poor Customer Service I contacted Murray BMW after seeing a car listed on Cars.Com. It was a car that I was very interested in purchasing, but I wanted to get an idea of the cash difference between my trade and the price of the Mercedes Benz C300 I liked.
