"Great service" Friendly, efficient service coordinator. Nice waiting room. Complementary bagels, coffee, water or soft drinks. Kept me periodically updated on how long service would take. Offered numerous times to shuttle me home and back once service was completed.
"Efficient and friendly" There were some minor issues with my car and I was due for a servicing. Arrived early and was offered a bagel and coffee, which was nice because I had missed breakfast. The work was done and everything was explained to me. They encourage questions but I was satisfied all was done.
"Ferman Service" Ferman always meets or exceeds my service expectations. I've been servicing BMWs at Ferman for more than two years and I prefer it greatly to Reeves.
"Excellent service advisor " The service advisor was efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. I had a difficult issue to diagnose and Jamie didn't get frustrated or give up. The problem is now fixed.

"Good, reliable service" We have had our two BMWs serviced at Ferman; one for 7 years and the other for a year-and-a-half. Service & repaires are done right the first time; our car is ready when promised; and if they uncover something unexpected, they promptly call and clearly explain my options. Their prices are competitive.
"Service at Ferman" What I in for was fixed. But, fluid levels not checked in radiator. I had to handle myself. They used to check all fluid levels on every visit.
