"Excellent experience for my daughter " As I did not get to bring the car in because we were out of town I had my daughter drop the car off. She expressed how impressed she was with your service advisor when she dropped the car off. She was equally impressed when she picked up the car. The service advisor explained what the had repaired and she was surprised to find the car cleaned and washed. Great job guys

"Best experience. " I had done my homework. I knew what my trade in was worth. I had already shopped around. I was frustrated. I drive out of a dealership in Tampa livid from being disrespected and lied to. I picked up the phone and googled BMW and BOOM Ferman came up. I called at 6:15 at night. Got Charles. I made an appointment for the next morning. From our brief chat I knew he and I were on the same page. I arrive early next morning and he had pulled up 3 cars waiting for me to try. Wow. "Relieved from it going so easily" Robert is a wonderful salesman. He listens. He understands and he becomes a friend. I've had horrible experiences with others, but because of Robert, I'm on my third BMW. I tell many neighbors go straight to Robert.

"Best in the business" The sales team is probably the most professional I’ve come across when purchasing a new vehicle. Respective and not pushy - it would simply be wrong to seek another dealer when buying your BMW!

"Great car! Nice Dealership! Lazy salesman!" For the most part the sale was fine. The car is great and in almost perfect condition. I notified the salesman as we were looking at the car that the left rear tire was 5 psi lower than the others. He said he would get it checked out. After finishing with fianance (Joe Cleaver) great guy by the way... I had to track down the young salesman in his office after he asked me to text him when I finished. "BMW X5 - Great experience" We purchased a pre-owned X5 at Ferman, and had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Berges, the kind of no-pressure, with the clients best interest in focus kind of sales advisor that you rarely find. We saw a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn’t like, especially when buying a +$40K vehicle, and although it stated “sold as is”, Tom brought it to the managers attention, and they are taking care of it, even provided us with a loaner SUV while fixing the problems.
