"No pressure. Everyone was very helpful. " The dealership was clean and Matt and Chellcey were nice, professional and low key. Lots of Minis to choose from! I got the car I wanted at a good price.
"Great and accommodating " They were extremely helpful not only was the service excellent- they allowed me to keep the loaner until Monday because they were not going to complete the work until the afternoon on Friday and instead of making me change my Disney plans for the weekend they said to take the loaner and I could pick up my car on Monday.
"Great experience!" It's been a great experience. We stopped there and we weren't exactly sure what to buy. Mary showed us some great deals that we couldn't resist, and we ended up leaving with a new car!
"Gooood" Problem was diagnosed quickly and gave me a long ride to work after we found out it wasn’t as simple as expected. Service completed within the day.
"Great car buying experience!" Our sales consultant was on his 3rd week with the dealership but he did a great job helping us out! Aaron was awesome to work with in finance.
"Mini Review" We received one day service after break down. Got us in and out with repairs and back on the road and able to go to work next day!

"Great Sales" We really liked David Soto. We had already visited three other dealers and was not all that impressed until we arrived at Ferman BMW. Even though we had an issue with our purchase we had trust in David and his team.
