"Great car buying experience. " Great experience buying a car at Ferman. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. I can highly recommend him. The entire experience was not like you’d think buying a car would be.
"Good first experience" Had to take my X3 M40i in for software update since CarPlay suddenly stopped working. They gave me a similar vehicle as a loaner for the day and let me keep it overnight when they had some issue with BMW’s system. The staff was great to interact with and kept me apprised of the status of the car. They noticed that an oil change was due in December and proactively performed it. The only negative was that they forgot to reset the service reminder for the oil change.
"Friendly staff" All of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Also, my primary sales person was Shawn Firth. I mention this because he is not on the list. He was new, but honest and professional, and made sure he got all of my questions answered. Also, the two “geniuses”, that helped me were very helpful and thorough as well.
"Thank you Cesar" Cesar went above and beyond to make sure I had an easy transition as I had my 2 year toddler with me. I called him 10 Minutes before I arrived and he had the car ready and waiting so I could just grab it and go. Thank you Cesar for a seamless experience.

"Another Pleasant Service Experience" Once again the service staff at Ferman BMW was right on point. Everyone is friendly and enthusiastic. I got a warm greeting from Jamie Byrd and a thorough explanation of what would be done to my X3 from Nick Hawk. When I returned to pick up, Nick was at lunch and Jamie Annese filled right in for a seamless experience.
