"We had an excellent experience purchasing our first BMW!" We had a great experience purchasing our BMW. The salesman was very helpful in getting us what we were looking for. He found a used one that only a BMW employee had driven for less than a year & lowered the price significantly!! He explained everything in detail & was in touch with us all week until the car was delivered from New Jersey to Florida.
"New tires & check engine illumination" Cesar and his team handled all items on the list of to do’s. would recommend him and the team to other BMW owners anytime

"Service" Great customer service . Cesar Tereso is an excellent customer rep for the service dept. I enjoy the complimentary coffee and snacks. I do enjoy getting the coupons by email.
"Great Job Mini! " Bringing a 5 year old with you to purchase a vehicle isn't an ideal situation. But Bob and everyone made it easy and painless. No one was pushy, which I think many people fear. They make you feel important and help you through the process. I'm now a proud mini mama!
"Professional and courteous" Ferman MINI was easy to deal with, professional and courteous. The vehicle I wanted to drive was waiting for me when I arrived and the Sales Associate, Matt C, was knowledgeable and helpful. They couldn’t get it within my budget so I left to go test drive a similar vehicle at another dealership. The Sales Manager called to make another offer and we were able to come to a deal. "They took care of my wife and I from the very beginning!" We were in the market for a new vehicle, when we got there we were greeted by Thomas who regaled us with stories and even stayed until after closing to help us get the vehicle, along with the other gentleman (who unfortunately I can't remember the name of). They went above and beyond the call of duty!
"Not sure" Not really very familiar with this division but all other aspects of this company are excellent, so I'm thinking that this area is going to be excellent as well.
"Very happy overall" Purchase experience was very good overall. Mario was terrific. Having some continuing issues with programming the car and I’ve complained about emails for some reason going to my ex husband instead of the email I gave the dealership but overall I would say positive experience.
