"We love our "new" BMW." Even though our car is a CPO - it feels like new to us. Our sales associate, Steve Venden, made the whole process run along smoothly - although it takes a lot of paper, signatures and time - we turned in a lease car and purchased the beautiful 2017 4 Series BMW we wanted. We will be loyal Ferman customers for a long time.

"New lease" Great customer service, did not feel rushed. Manager and sales guys were very professional and friendly. They worked with us to get us to the price point we needed.

"Excellent customer service" They take care of their customers here. Quick to get appointment and solve the problem. Staff are very nice. Even though I was there for service the sales staff take time for a chat. There is a dealer closer to me but prefer this one due to high quality service.
"Review " It is Always a simple and pleasurable experience dropping my car off for service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Service is prompt and thorough. wonderful!
"Close to on scheduled " This dealership does their best to be on time but when not you will sit there til YOU ask for help. If you are working with a service person you’ll have to wait til they are finished if they run behind. I had to ask someone to help me after eating 30 minutes. Car wasn’t as clean on the outside as I would have liked. Streaks on windows and hand print on the hood but in the long run was satisfied with the service.
