" Very good experience " Very good experience. Nice staff and people. Twenty five more words to fill in the survey. My suggestion would be to remove the twenty five word minimum. This question is the worst part of the survey. Should be short and sweet.

"Alex Wolf" The main reason I purchased a BMW and from Furman, is entirely due to your great salesman, Alex Worth. He has an amazing knowledge of the BMW. Alex was extremely patient with all our concerns. To say that he went beyond our expectations is an understatement. My husband and I really enjoyed our with Alex. We also had a very positive experience with both Toby and Erin . We will be back.

"Unplanned Service Visit" I originally purchased my BMW 328i XDrive at BMW of Mt. Laurel in Mt. Laurel, NJ and had it regularly serviced at Union Park BMW in Wilmington, DE.
