"Never a bad experience!" I’ve been treated just right each time I’ve been there, for my trade in, service, recalls, parts, etc. Excellent team, responsive and not too pushy!
"Always pleased" Yes, you could go and get an oil change else where for half the price but customer service and amenities are worth the extra. The chairs are actually comfortable, they offer complimentary snack/ drinks. You can also use a loaner or take the shuttle if need be. They also wash and vacuum your car which is probably my favourite part.
