"Superior Experience" My husband and I went to Ferman to "look" at possibly purchasing a pre-owned BMW x1 or x2 as the lease term on my current vehicle was nearing the end. We were paired with Cleo who provided us with amazing customer service and honestly the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Cleo is super personable and he made sure we were pleased with our selection. He found us a really great deal on a 2018 BMW x1 and we actually ended up buying it. Love, love, love the vehicle! "Best Experience- Thank You Courtney!!" Hands down, BEST service center I have ever experienced!! "All was good until the end." My 2003 X5 was in for the airbag recall which, it turned out, it didn't need. However, when I went out to my car, I noticed that the cover for one of the headlight sprayers was missing. Someone went & looked in the car wash area, but could not find it. I requested that they order a new one since they apparently don't keep them in stock. "Excellent service " I brought my 528i on for service and was greeted promptly. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure were satisfied. They were quick and everything was taken care of to meet my expectations. Very relaxing waiting area and great coffee.

"Buying a Z4 at Ferman was easy And fun." Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Steve was center for everything we did at Ferman and made buying our Z4 so much fun. Kenny helped us understand all the new electronics and was very patient while working with us. Even Scott Douglas made the financial paperwork easy. "Really couldn’t ask for me" The service here is highly personalized, and completely customer driven. They don’t try to get you in any car, they try to get you in the car you’re really looking for.
