"Employees and exceptional. Prices are great " I had a difficult situation occur when I bought my car. Something that definitely doesn't happen often. Aj Clarke was exceptional and left no stone unturned to help me fix the situation and buy the car I wanted. She spend hours and hours working on it and was so polite and professional the entire time. "Best dealership ever!" Ferman BMW is the nicest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I found the perfect car and the process was quick, efficient and pleasant! The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle purchase !

"Michael Stanton is the best." I couldn’t find the mini convertible I wanted in Michigan. After searching for awhile I found it at Ferman. Everyone made the experience of purchasing the car long distance-we did the deal by phone and email- so easy and it was actually fun! Michael is gracious and knowledgeable and great to work with. The car is being shipped after I return from a trip and I can’t wait to get it!

"Work was fine but not overly pleased with my advisor" The dealership is usually a pleasure but the service advisor I had this time was a little rude and didn't give me a written estimate before doing the work and when I mentioned this he said, oh I can just have them put it back the way it was. I also called after I dropped it off and asked if he could check one other thing but this wasn't addressed when I picked it up and I had forgotten. "Awesome salesperson, Integrity & professionalism " David Soto and finance manager Joe did an awesome job helping me correct a big mistake! I purchased a car that had been in an accident. Car fax indicated otherwise. David and Joe did a great job of getting me into another car. I am very happy and grateful. I should’ve been more careful with decision but they cleaned it up beautifully. My mechanic in srq said you had a great reputation, not to worry and they were right!! Thank you!!

"World-class organization" I received truly outstanding customer service during my recent purchase of a BMW 5 Series automobile. Not only was everyone at the dealership extremely knowledgeable and professional, but all were highly personable. A world-class organization starting with Mike Attia our sales rep.

"Service " Customer rep at loaner car desk was super nice and helpful. My service advisor was great and made sure everything was finished on my car and done correctly. He went above and beyond.
