"First service: excellent customer service" From beginning to end, Ferman BMW service center exhibited courtesy and professionalism. My vehicle service ran longer than expected so I was given a loaner. The service finished on time and I was informed that I could return the loaner and pick up my vehicle at my leisure. The vehicle return process took seconds and I was back in my car in my in minutes upon arriving. It would be nice if this customer service model spread throughout more industries.

"Service " Cesar did an incredible job making sure my service work was performed as seamlessly as possible. My only slight complaint is that I asked for a paint scrape to be addressed as well that was not attended to, but over all a great job.
