"Purchase process of a new 340i " My experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Ferman was very positive, comfortable, and a function much more than my enthusiasm for BMW’s product and my desire to obtain this car- it was because of their people. I dealt directly with Charles Fernandes and Scott Douglas and can say they went above and beyond to help me. I can honestly say I have no desire to ever deal with another organization again for a car purchase because of how well they treated me.

"Pick up first aid kit for Mini Cooper" Michael Stanton was very accommodating in obtaining a first aid kit for my mini. His customer service is excellent which is more than I can say for others I have tried to deal with to obtain the kit.

"Excellent Service" My wife and I came across a car that we liked as we were looking at some cars at Ferman BMW dealership. Mr. DAN Macdonald was our Client Advisor. This man was so easy to work with and he was so accommodating that evening that change my entire perspective about purchasing a car. His patience and dedicated service to his customer ( us ) was second to none. "Buying experience " I bought an M3 from Charlie in October and I had such a great experience with everyone at Ferman BMW, that when it was time for my M2 I knew where to go. Charlie is a great client advisor that always puts his clients first and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a BMW.

"Ferman BMW & Gary Mack: excellent buying experience " If you are considering the purchase of a BMW or any of its competitors, I highly recommend you give Ferman BMW an opportunity to earn your business. The sales staff was courteous and there were no high pressure tactics. Gary Mack was my salesman and he was straightforward and very polite. "Great communicating staff" Nick the SA advisor was very prompt in communication. He made sure to update and give me accurate information regarding my car visit. He also didn’t try selling me anything and only wanted to service what’s needed. It’s hour out of my way but very worth it compared to Reeves but worth it.

"Routine service " Convenient appointment schedule. Promt and courteous reception. Availability of loaner car. Excellent service and explanation of the work done. Car washing. The car was ready when promised.
