"Purchase process of a new 340i " My experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Ferman was very positive and comfortable and did not just to my enthusiasm for BMW’s product and my desire to obtain this car- it was because of their people. I dealt directly with Charles Fernandes and Scott Douglas and can say they went above and beyond to help me. I can honestly say I have no desire to ever deal with another organization again for a car purchase because of how well they treated me.
