"Nice experience " this was a pleasant experience.I did not feel pressured to buy ,all information was given to me about the vehicle that I needed . The finance dept was able to get me into a good car with poor credit health ,financing was a little high but to be expected.chris my advisor was patient and a cool guy ! He also did check in within 24 hours to make sure vehicle was up to spec and to my liking.

"Excellent " Steve Venden was my Salesmen & he made this experience very pleasant. He was very easy to work with. He was a good listener & found me my perfect car. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going well & I was enjoying my car. I would recommend working with Steve Venden! Alan Mazur was the manager & Scott Douglas was my finance manager. They were both very easy to work with as well. I will be recommending Ferman BMW to my friends!
