"Flat tire" Great attitude,professionalism & response time. The accommodated me w a loaner although they were about to close.Highly recommend the team. I was taken care of by Stephany.

"Service experience " Everything was done well. Two things would have made my experience much better to deserve 5 stars: 1) a follow-up call regarding display of mileage on my BMW app was promised a week ago. Have not heard from anyone. 2) More at the detail level - 3 of the 4 tires were missing tire valve stem cap. This should have been replaced.

"Excellent service" I had my BMW in for service just for regular check up the service department is very neat and clean Jamie my service advisor was very polite and took care of my needs very quickly. I would definitely recommend the dealership. To friends and family

"Love Ferman BMW" Awesome place to do business. Very attentive service. So glad I moved to Palm Harbor. The lounge is comfortable and I have places to walk my dog

"May Have Saved My Bacon" Took in 2003 Mini with 140,000 miles that I had recently inadvisedly bought from a neighbor for $2,500. Got very thorough review of car on rack. Was persuaded (without much effort) that it was essentially unsafe to drive because of extensive rust on essential parts, worn-out and broken pieces, etc. Bad news for me, but grateful for objective assessment. Service Advisor, Courtney Reason, and mechanic (didn't get name) were both particularly helpful..

"Great Sales Person" Charles Fernandes was the best. He was very patient with me as I visited the showroom more than 6 times before ordering our new car. He never pressured me and was always very welcoming. When the time finally came to ordering the car, he kept me posted throughout the process and we were able to pick up the car at the time and date we discussed. The entire staff from the receptionist, sales manager, finance guy and gentlemen who set-up and educated us on the car were extremely professional and helpful.

"Another great car buying experience " I just bought my second car in two months and I would not consider buying from anyone else. I live in Lakeland, but dealing with such a great team makes buying a car a pleasure and not an angst ridden chore. For the second time Mark came through for me with flying colors. I’m still amazed at just how incredibly much he knows about the cars and he is always available to answer questions both before and after the sale. Once more, thanks for everything, Mark!!!
