"Steve Venden is the BEST salesman. " We've bought 3 or 4 cars from Steve, including recommending him to our daughter. Steve makes the buying experience simple and easy. Very low pressure salesman, but you can tell he really is interested in the cars and knows everything about them. AJ, who did our financing was great as well.

"Awesome service!" Excellent service performed in a timely manner. The loaner car was excellent. There was absolutely no pressure to authorize additional service items beyond what the car was scheduled for.

"Personal Service" My experience with Ferman Mini was most certainly one of my best car buying experiences. My sales agent Sara was very accommodating and answered every question I had about the car and the brand, as I was new to Mini. Her overall knowledge and enthusiasm about the brand made it more exciting for me in the buying process. I will most certainly refer any one I know who is interested in a Mini to Sara and Ferman.

"Courteous service Dept " I had a leak in my rear tire. It was fully checked by Cesar. He said it was a temperature change that caused my dashboard to say there was a leak. He told me to call back if it happens again. 2 days later it happened so I called into service and I was greeted by Cesar and he took car of my problem which was resolved. He was very courteous and efficient.

"Great Custimer Service. " I love this service center. They aren’t pushy about the repairs needed on your vehicle. I was advised what service was due and I approved some repairs and put others on hold. Great communication which can be very rare is the service industry.
