"Best dealership experience ever" Overall, Ferman BMW gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Alex really took things over the top. Spent some time with my wife and I going over features of the car, etc. as well as enetertain us while we waited for someone in finance to free up. Would definitely recommend for anyone shopping for a BMW to go to these guys!
