My fiancee and I went to test drive a car. We found one we liked. The sales person promised he would get back to us the next day, Saturday, with numbers as it was already 7:00 pm (closing). He never got back to us. We called Sunday afternoon and left a message. We set up an appt to do a longer test drive on a vehicle I planned on purchasing, however a voice mail msg was received telling us not to bother coming in to test drive as the car had been sold. Service is BAD. Tried to change me $200.00 for five minutes worth of work. I had heard bad things about this dealer, but since they are close to home I thought I would give them a try. Had them activate my alarm and change some personality settings on the car. This takes about 5 minutes to do and they changed me for two hours of work. Not a good way to make a customer since I had the car in for warrany work anyway.
