I recently set an appointment to get an oil change and brake replacement. Even though my BMW is no getting older and cost me almost the cost of a new BMW I keep coming back to BMW Northwest as the level of service is above my every expectation. Dave Quinn always shows interest in my well being and eager to answer the simplest of questions I ask. I was charged $3k for repair and issue with we not resolved. Since then I’ve have tired over 10 times (phone,email,text,voicemail) to get my service rep. rich knoll to return my calls. It has been 5 days and I still not have received a call back. BMW of Fife/Tacoma does not take care of minorities or military veterans! I would strongly suggest choosing a different location. This is unacceptable business practices.

Emergency tire replacement after a nasty encounter with a pothole, they got me to the front of the line, got the tires delivered same day, alignment needed tuning as well. Thanks Bmw nw. I’m not taking the car anywhere else.

The experience at Northwest is always smooth. Shane communicates with the customers so we know what the status of our repair is. They even schedule Lyft rides instead of a shuttle to get to/from the shop A++
