Deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent are the terms that come to mind when thinking of BMW Northwest. I'm sharing my story so that hopefully you don't experience the same thing. Learn from my mistake: M*** at BMW Northwest is the *absolute* LAST person you want helping you with a Euro Delivery. (or any sale for that matter) And that sentiment extends to the sales managers after having dealt with them as well. Preface: In June of 2017 I purchased a new 2018 M3 for Euro Delivery in September '17. Having purchased 4 BMWs in ... read more

I have been quite please with the service and response of BMW Fife. My only greatest disappointment was I was told the 2016 X1 I was purchasing had a feature that would record my CDs. The excitement of this feature was the icing on the cake and the major decision maker to purchase the car. To my dismay I learned the vehicle did not have this feature. I guess all in all I like the vehicle but I could have loved it more

My experience from trying to purchase a new I3 in December - Had been emailing with a sales guy for a week. Determined the car, landed on a price, and scheduled an appointment to complete the deal. The sales guy was not going to be available that day, so he promised to share all the details with another guy and connected me with him. Went to the dealership as scheduled, and found the second sales guy had no clue as to why I was there, and to top it off, they didn't even have my vehicle (someone else had taken it for an exten... read more

The buying experience at this dealership is anywhere from poor to worst. Bought a Certified pre-owned BMW. Ran into several mechanical problems within 1000 miles of driving, Took me 5 trips to another BMW dealership and 3 months to resolve all the issues. As a customer with limited knowledge about cars, I was able to pinpoint these obvious mechanical problems. But, the dealership and the certification process didn't find it. The dealership took no ownership or responsibility for these issues. The worst part is, they claimed ... read more

Business response:

I apologize for the issues you have encountered with your vehicle and this is not a usual occurrence as you can see with the majority of very satisfied customers that have purchased from BMW Northwest for years. I spoke with this customer on many occasions and offered to verify his concerns but he decided to take it to a BMW center that was closer to his residence. They reported to the customer what was wrong as they should have, but as I explained to our customer we have no control over damage that occurs after you purchase... read more

Visited this facility for out of warranty service and was quoted a different amount then on their website, Asked Gary to price match with their website and he went absconding and was no where found. Hilarious but I was told to pay 3 times more than what was on their website and was made to wait hours and told that Gary has to leave because of some urgent work and I should visit them next day....an excuse which a 4th grade kid would not have accepted. Too much for me, to save couple of 100 bucks I didn't buy a BMW and this wi... read more

Business response:

well we have tried numerous times to respond to this customer with no reply. We have run her name through our system in service and in sales to no avail, this customer has never been in our store. I have run across this before as there is another dealer in Maryland with the name Northwest BMW that people confuse with us regularly. I would like to respond or at the minimum find out what the story is but this customer must have confused us with the other store, and have the personnel confused as we have no Gary ever working in... read more

Replaced items not needed to be replaced. Didn't fix problem entirely. Took it to another reputable service center that specializes in German cars. Did a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem. Very disappointed in the BMW Dealer, not to mention the amount of money I spent there. :-(

Last week I brought my car in for a rattling noise in the back. A few hours later, Keith called me to inform me that they techs couldn't replicate the noise and that I would have to come in to drive it and demonstrate the noise. I came in and a tech named Jarod rode with me. Long story short, he rode around in the back seat of my car for 45 minutes while I tried to demonstrate it. Eventually, the noise (barely discernable) manifested itself and we went back to the shop where it was repaired. After removing the back seat, the... read more

Feeling more and more scammed by this place. Not honoring extended warranty that I purchased for $2500. Finding excuses why certain things not covered by warranty, feel like the service/parts folks get comission on what they can sell me and not what my car really needs. As of today I am done with BMW & trading my car in for a less expensive one this year.

This place is a joke. It takes FOREVER to get your car serviced, and to get your car back. Even after waiting you may not get your problem fixed. I have taken my car to them 2 times now for the same problem and they told me it was fine, now the car will barel start and they are saying it will be almost 2 months before they can get it in. I once dropped my car off for an oil change, got it back and my radio didnt work at all! The first response I got was "well we can take a look at it for 98.00". They are only concerned about... read more
