Had my first service visit at BMW. They appear to have done a very thorough job based on the mechanics video. Andrew in the service department was friendly and efficient. They even washed my car while being short staffed due to Covid. Overall it was a great job and good experience. Customer service was excellent!

The adviser that went over the car with me didn't understand a question in regards to if my vehicle had illuminated kidney grille.He said he never heard of it before. lack of knowledge on his part. I come to find out that I do have the illuminated grill but not sure how to set it up. Called on it and nobody new what I was talking about.Don't think I'll do business there again because of poor customer service in new car sales. I believe they don't deal with a lot of X6 M50i.

"Dishonest service practices. Bait and switch to try and..." Dishonest service practices. Bait and switch to try and charge me $9000.00 for a service they told me was covered over the phone. Called it a mistake and wouldn’t even admit or apologize for what the actual maid take was.

"One of the worst experiences of my life. The only reason..." One of the worst experiences of my life. The only reason this is getting two stars instead of one is that I could tell my service advisor was doing his best but that shop is such an utter mess a lot was out of his control. I admit my situation was complicated but boy did they screw it up at every possible turn and in every possible way. My car was in the BMW Northwest shop from March 27th until June 12th. When I asked about being slightly over on mileage and what BMW would pay for versus myself my service advisor made no attempt to help solve the problem. When the report came back they let us know that there weekend some minor leaks in the valve cover gaskets and the front brakes needed replaced. I called to scheduled a headlight repair on my 2007 BMW Z4, the first contacted person acted confused about the service call, she transferred the phone call over a voicemail box, I left a message that it was ignored, because the person never answered back.
