This is my second time leasing from BMW Bloomfield. They made it very hard to even consider leasing from anywhere else,which shows they really value your business. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan. He was able to answer all my questions, spent extra time to go over the features of the car and the made the entire leasing process painless.

I have been to about 7 BMW dealerships in the tri-state area. None better than Bloomfield and the reason for that is Amy MaCartney. I have walked into dealerships and not been greeted or even acknowledged by sales (white plains). At Bloomfield Amy made me feel at home and treated me with respect from minute one. The dealership was responsive and everyone friendly from the top management to the car valets. William Hamilton, my salesman, provided excellent, friendly assistance as did the finance department that put together the paperwork.

I recently purchased a CPO 328ix from BMW and am loving every minute of driving the car! (just as my sales guy Bill promised). As a young female professional, I was very very wary of car dealerships and car dealers. After I contacted the dealership, I heard back from Bill within a few hours. I was impressed with his promptness. I was searching for a used BMW x5. Paul helped me find the right car for the right price. Finance department printed the paperwork quickly. Car was detailed and fully gased up.

I went into this dealership on a busy Saturday with my girlfriend who was looking for a new 328 x drive. When I first came in I was greeted by a nice receptionist who called a salesmen over to help me. That salesmen name was Bill Hamilton. I have avoided purchasing a vehicle from a dealership for years now because of how blood boiling it always seems to be. I had the pleasure of working with Jon Del Franco. As my husband and I went into lease a 3 series, we were so impressed with the deals provided that we ended up leasing a 5 series as well. Jon didn't rush the process, but helped us get into the cars we both were looking for. I recommend this place for a great buying experience, and Jon Del Franco for any assistance needed. 5 Stars all the way.

My experience at BMW of Bloomfield, and especially with Jon Del Franco, was absolutely seamless. He was professional, informative and helped me find the perfect car for me. He was extremely responsive and friendly with all of my questions, and instilled the confidence I needed to move forward with my purchase. Overall great service and great vehicle!
