Cross shopping between luxury brands, I was having a hard time deciding which car I would like. Meeting Howard really helped me decide what I want. Howard is very proactive and really goes above and beyond to make sure I get the right car, at the best price possible. He shows me my options with the budget I had in mind and calls me when he finds new deal. Really patient with my decision and never pressure me to purchase right away. Would definitely purchase my next BMW with Howard.

Quick response time even better price. Respectable service provided by Paul. He even called day after I took delivery of the car to make sure I was happy. I will be back to buy another car from bmw of bloomfield.

Who thought that buying a BMW would be so easy? Howard went above and beyond my expectations to delivery a superior customer experience. I had a few different requirements that some would consider abnormal; he was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I would 100% buy from him again.

Since I met her, Krystyn Michelle has been a pleasure to deal with. She has maintained a level of courteousness and professionalism that one would expect from an upscale dealership. She is very attentive to all my new BMW vehicles needs and concerns. Krystyn always takes care of me when my vehicle has a service issue, no matter how small. Whenever I call her about my vehicles, she gives me her undivided attention and always returns my calls. Kristyn is definitely an asset to Bloomfield BMW. Two thumbs up!

I was looking to purchase a new car. However wanted to feel comfortable and not pressured. Well, Fabiana Perugorria was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to making sure my experience was outstanding. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!!!!!

my first purchase with BMW, i have to say it exceeded my expectations. Howard was very knowledgeable and great to work with. he def isn't your typical sales person, he was very patient and not pushy in any type of way. i had a lot of questions since this was my first BMW and he answered all my questions without being frustrated. he def earned my business in a very positive way and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to all my family/friends.

Just picked up a new BMW and would like to thank Fabiana Perugorria for all her support during the process. I needed to turn in my previous lease earlier (which BMW financial pull ahead program doesn’t cover) and she went out of her way working with her management and finance to accommodate. My family & I came here to buy my first car, a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse.
