Paul is the absolute BEST! He made sure that my experience with BMW of Bloomfield was grand from beginning to end. Not only did I feel welcome but my six year old son who has a limited amount of patience had an amazing experience as well. Paul made arrangements for me to be picked up and dropped off from my house and texted me throughout the week to let me know that all was well with my vehicle. Thank you again Paul. You ROCK!!!
Had a great experience with BMW of Bloomfield. I got a letter in the mail saying that I can trade in my car and get a newer one for same payment. At first I was little skeptical about it but it turned out to be the case! Paul sales guy was nice and attentive. Drove home the same day.

I bought a lot of cars in my life time and this guy is far the best SA I've have ever dealt with. Always kept me updated on my ordered car, reached out to me when new incentives became available. I mean, I've never had an SA advise me that I will be saving more money. This guy knows his Bmw as he's an enthusiast himself.
