Everyone was extremely friendly and nice and it was snow day. The battery in he key was replaced quickly and at no charge. Can't ask for anything more than that. Will certainly recommend their service and visit when we are ready to purchase a new car.

I was updated on the progress and advise the charge before the work was done and when it was finished was called to advise for pick up

Great car buying experience. Sam was understanding, knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Sam is a friend! If Howard says he can beat your financing, he probably can. Both guys were amazing.

They are very helpful to your needs. The service is on time and fast. I like to stay in the lounge to relax and walk around the clean showroom.

Everyone in the service department is very courteous , they know their customers by name. I never have any problems with service. I bring my car in they tell me what’s wrong and it is fixed in a timely fashion . If it has to be kept longer I get a loaner and keep it moving till my car is ready . I have been using this location since the 2000 and will not use any other.

I looked at the website of this dealership and they had the car I was interested. I sent the email and received quickly their responses . Two major staff members who sent me an emails were Sergio Ruben and Chris Chang. I received daily 2-3 emails from them but ....... when I replied to them my emails bounced back daily. This is the fourth dealership I have gone to in the past few months because I’ve blown a tire on potholes in NJ roads. Fortunately, this time I was close to Bloomfield BMW. This was the quickest service I have had at any of the dealerships. They took me in immediately and worked on the car right away. They even washed my car!

Efficient, professional and friendly staff I was given a time my car would be ready and it was. Service did everything to accommodate my schedule and request to have car ready at a certain time. Very appreciative.
