Service was great as always. However, my loaner was not clean but was given a voucher for car wash. They said they were short staffed and were unable to get my own car washed that day. Also, when I got my car back, I noticed 3 of my tire caps were missing. I called the dealership a few days after and haven’t received a call back in regards to the voicemail I left. Still going to wait to get my caps back.

William Dasilva and the rest of staff at BMW of Blooomfield accommodated myself and family for an unfortunate flat tire experienced yesterday. It was obviously unscheduled but William took initiative to get my car in as fast as possible and got the work done prior to the time requested. For all his efforts I want to command William for the excellence in customer service and make a note that he truly understands what it takes to service luxury clients. I went there yesterday to get a pre-purchase inspection and they took care of me very well. I called her later with the final numbers and she helped me with figuring out if it was a good deal. Above and beyond. Very down to earth. Love it. THANK YOU!
