Quick service, professional and friendly staff. Clean waiting room and bathrooms. David was prompt and friendly. He promised the service was going to be about an hour and he delivered on his word.

Henry laid it all out on the table and gave me some great options, no upselling or B.S. David from finance was a straight shooter as well. I left with a full tank of gas and new tires with a great deal on a used car. Definitely will pop in next time I'm in search of a new car.

Of the dozen or so times I've purchased a vehicle this was by far the best experience I've had. I worked with Sam, who was patient with me while I went back and forth between the 3 series and 4 series. Not satisfied with the selection on their lot, Sam found me a 4 series with my exact specifications at a nearby dealership and had the car delivered quickly. Anthea was extremely efficient in addressing all of my inquiries, setting up appointments, and made me feel like I was important. I appreciated her letting me know if she was not going to be in the office. I never had to call for an update. She was on top of it all and I'll soon be getting my car from the recalls thanks to her diligence.

I am not a person that knows a lot about cars or the ability to describe the issue at hand. Well Anthea Brown who is the heart of BMW of Bloomfield's Service Dept came to my rescue with much patience and understanding. I have had many BMW's and finally decided to try a different dealer and i am glad I chose BMW of Bloomfield. The entire staff was awesome. The sales manager Jonathan DelFranco was top notch. Was a very pleasant buying experience. I will certainly recommend BMW of Bloomfield to anyone I know that is in the market for a new or Pre-owned BMW.

Having seen a 2012 BMW 650 convertible advertised on Cars.com, I contacted BMW of Bloomfield. I traveled a couple of hours to get there. The car was exactly as advertised - beautiful! My advisor there, Jess Garcia, was terrific to work with. He was knowledgable and made my purchase a relaxed, pleasant, straightforward experience. Financing with Howie Wu was easy and relaxed too, and he got me an excellent rate. I would happily buy from Jess and BMW of Bloomfield again
