"Great customer service" The team at BMW of Honolulu provided a comfortable and professional experience for leasing our X3. Outstanding service from sales and finance departments. McCafe is also a very pleasant amenity.
"Overall, great experience." My experience with BMW of Honolulu has been great so far. They were able to take care of my primary request right away and under extended warranty. They were able to take care of my secondary request within a day and provided me with a free rental. The only glitch to the entire experience and the reason I cannot give them an "Excellent" rating is that it was noted that I received a complimentary car wash but it was not washed. "Service car" The service from the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and courteous staff. Oil and parts were replaced at no charge and they even washed the car.
