Everyone was very nice and friendly. I didn't feel pushed around as a woman and I walked away getting exactly what I wanted, the 320i x series. :)

Justin O'Connor from BMW of Bridgewater was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the buying experience. Bill, sales representative is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. No pressure. I had a very pleasant experience while buying bnw320 for my daughter. The car was delivered on time in perfect condition, I was given a 30 min tutorial on car features and the lease signing process was ver quick. Great experience overall.
Since 2005 we have been leasing our BMW's from Michael. When my wife and I first met him he was at Hunterdon BMW. We were looking for the very best deal and we had been to all local competition and even scoured on line for the best price and value for a new BMW. Purchasing a new car from BMW of Bridgewater was a great experience. The Ralph, our salesman was great, the leasing person who made the deal promised us "$1,000 of BMW stuff" but never documented anything so we got nothing. That was the only thing that was discouraging. Ozzy was great and fast. Overall it was a fine experience.
My needs were met completely and the comfortable sales environment made you feel like you were in fact getting the best deal possible. My questions and concerns were explained and answered in full detail and by the time I was taking my car home I was very happy.
Went to other deanships in the nj are and was not treated with respect. Came to Bridgewater and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Would reccommend anyone looking for a car to go here!
