Came down to BMW of Bridgewater to test drive a 2014 X5 CPO I saw on the internet. Justin had the car ready to go and after a nice drive we worked on the numbers. Justin worked to get me the numbers I was looking for and made the deal. Quick and easy--everyone was pleasant.

Bridgewater BMW has exceeded my expectations, their staff is inviting, friendly, professional and they make you feel at home when you are there. I brought my car in for a scheduled service; and was in/out very quickly in a brand new clean loaner vehicle. My car was serviced quickly, and Bridgewater BMW kept me informed throughout the job. On the Friday before Mother's Day, I needed to drive out of state to visit family and my vehicle decided to throw a tantrum. Even though the service calendar was already full, BMW of Bridgewater were able to accommodate me with a service appointment as well as a loaner vehicle on short notice, rescuing my weekend plans. My first BMW experience and it wont be my last. The entire process was so smooth, from the moment I came in looking, to when i walked out with the car. The entire trade in process with fair, honest, and completely upfront. The follow through over the weekend in making sure i was happy and had no questions was impressive as well. I came away from the dealership with a smile on my face.....My car is beautiful and everyone I did business with couldn't have been more gracious. No high pressure sales, because they have faith in their vehicles and it shows. They took the time to speak with me about what kind of car would best suit my needs and I appreciated that. Having previously had an unpleasant experience at an Infiniti dealer, I so much enjoyed the opposite experience at Bridgewater BMW. My only question is...Where is Rob Hoffman's picture?
