All of the individuals I dealt with were extremely professional and responsive. The buying experience was very positive and the delivery experience (description of the vehicle at pick-up) was also very positive.
This is my forth car but this is the first time I walked out of the dealership with a car on my very first visit. The entire process did not took more than 3 hours. Thanks to Bill Chludzinki for his excellent customer service. A good sales person I ever met in the car business. Thanks to Matin and Dionne, and all the other staff for all the support provided during my visit. Unlike so many other dealers, they don't push their product or services on the customer. I would strongly recommend this dealership.

From start to finish my service experience was excellent. My service consultant Debra kept me informed of the progress on the repairs that were required throughout the process. They even identified an issue that existed not related to BMW but a windshield replacement that was done by Safelite and worked with Safelite to inspect the vehicle while BMW was completing the service requested.
