My experience was far from perfect, but Ozzy and Peter Provost stepped in and really turned things around. They cut through the red tape and were great to work with.
This is my third BMW through this dealership going back to when it was Hunterdon BMW. As with past purchases, it was a relaxed experience and everyone there was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater.
Great dealership! Everyone from the receptionist to the management were nice and easy to deal with. My salesman, Bill Chludzinski and the technician, Martin Hernandez were particularly good. Bill was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. He made it a real gpleasure from introduction to test drive to delivery. Martin took the time at delivery to explain all the workings of my new X5 and answer all my questions. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
The salesman I talked to were very knowledgeable and really went out of their way to explain things, get me a good price and the best deal for a car I fell in love with. Took time to compare all options as well. Nicest people to finish paper work with as well to sign it all as well. Such a good experience I can't wait to go back and get my plates! BMW of Bridgewater has a very comfortable environment with a personable staff that streamlined the car purchasing process. It was very positive experience which was to my surprise based on past visits to many other dealerships which were unpleasant. From the first time I walked into this dealership i was extremely pleased! I decided to lease a 335i X as soon as my lease was up on another luxury brand car.
